Founder and managing director Giorgio Mecca began his culinary journey at 14, training at the esteemed Istituto Albert and later refining his craft under the guidance of renowned pastry master Vittorio Montini. Giorgio brings his uniquely innovative approach to Berlin, blending classic techniques with international influences to create exquisite pastries that embrace modern creativity.
He has earned international recognition as captain of Germany’s team at the Panettone World Championship in 2023 and 2025, leading the country to its first-ever world title in sourdough and ice cream panettone in 2025.
